OK - I have faced the music and hopped on those scales and I am disgusted - 94.4kg - OMG - I really need to get onto this NOW!!!!!
Goal #1 - Make it back to the 80's.

Spongebob Squarepants!!!

Today the kids and I went to see Spongebob The Movie and I had my must have popcorn, I am really going to start and keep away from the stuff from now on.
Then we had a bit of shopping to do before finally coming home, now I am slowly tidying up while they are down the hallway being noisy and creating another huge mess, at least they'll have to clean that one up.
Yesterday was a pretty cruisy day, other than going to the supermarket and to the swimming pool to pay for the lessons that they are starting next week I made our dinner for tonight (since I knew I wouldn't have much time with being at the movies) and finally got around to taking down the Christmas tree and decorations. And then of course I had to go to work last night and when I got home at 10.30pm hubby decided to put on one of the DVD's that I brought home - 'Eurotrip' and it was quiet a laugh, so much so I couldn't concentrate properly on my book.

Another year just begun
Mood:  a-ok

Here we are again, another January, and another start to rid myself of some of these unwanted kilo's, every year I seem to start this journey and after losing a bit I put it all back on...this year I am hoping will be different...the reason for this is that in May my baby will be starting school and then I can find myself a job during the day and therefore I won't be home alone, shopping alone and bored out of my wits everyday.
I haven't weighed myself yet and probably won't until Monday when hubby's holidays finish and he is back to work, otherwise it may be Wednesday after I have taken the kids to the movies on Tuesday and had some yummy popcorn.
Some of the things that I want to concentrate on to start with are:
~ No Chocolate (a huge downfall of mine)
~ No Alcohol (not something I partake of often anyway)
~ Drink water on a daily regular basis
~ Avoid too much sugar and sugary products
~ Pay more attention to tracking.

So we shall see.
